These terms govern your use of the Nyansapo Election Manager platform and website. By accessing our services you agree to them.
1. Use of the platform
Access is provided to authorised clients under a service agreement. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for activity under your account.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to harass, deceive, or unlawfully profile individuals, to send unsolicited bulk messaging outside applicable law, or to interfere with electoral processes contrary to Ghanaian law.
3. Intellectual property
The platform, the Nyansapo Election Manager name and the Nyansapɔ mark are the property of Offin Security Services Limited. Your data remains yours; you grant us a licence to process it to deliver the service.
4. Disclaimers & liability
Intelligence outputs are analytical estimates, not guarantees of outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding three months.
5. Governing law
