Privacy Policy

Nyansapo Election Manager (“we”, “us”), a division of Offin Security Services Limited, builds political technology for campaigns, parties and public institutions. This policy explains what data we handle and how we protect it, in line with Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
1. Data we collect
Survey responses, sentiment signals, contact details you submit (name, email, phone), and technical data (device, approximate location by constituency). Survey responses are linked to a one-way hashed identifier — we do not store the raw phone number against a response.
2. How we use it
To produce aggregated intelligence (pulse scores, sentiment trends, narrative analysis) for our clients. Analysis is reported in aggregate; we do not sell individual-level data.
3. Processors we use
Africa’s Talking (SMS), the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API (WhatsApp), Resend (email), and cloud infrastructure in the af-south-1 region. Each processes data only to deliver the service.
4. Retention & security
Data is retained only as long as necessary for the engagement, then deleted or fully anonymised. Access is role-restricted and encrypted in transit and at rest.
